Can see arrows of turned off TV's with Sadako

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Turned off TV's constantly have an arrow over them, which not only lets me see turned off TV's without the addon Mother's Comb, but it makes it harder to determine which TV's are actually on and I can teleport to.
PLATFORM: Any platform
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play Sadako, go on any map, turn off a couple TV's, and then demanifest and you will see all their arrows.
