Revert UnBound and other Haste Perks
No one asked for these to be nerfed. They are back to where they which is useless Again. Unbound was useful against Haste using Survivors. I'm tired of people nerfing just to nerf. This made Haste builds useful I was gonna use this on springtrap but it does nothing for him for how slow he is. Please Revert these perks

Revert Batteries Included.
Make it so Unbound isn't restricted to only 30 seconds after an injury, but can be triggered any time after one.
And Babysitter is an amazing perk regardless of the nerf, so I'm ok with that one.

Unbound (and most other chase perks) activated with no special effort required, and unbound's 10% in particular was very obnoxious, no thanks

Well that 10% was what made unbound useful now it barely works most of the time. This was also a barely used perk because of how weak it was. The Killer being able to catch up to the survivors with Haste perks was a great balance. There was no need to Nerf it at all. We want Perks to be used to add verity or we will be back at the old DBD where Killers just run Gen Defense and Survivors Just Run Dead hard and DS and other annoying perks every game.

A perk that doesn't take any extra skill to activate shouldn't be useful most of the time, rest of your reply is just "this is the case because I said so"

So ur able to to use Balanced Landing which gives (50%) Haste, Sprint Burst which Is also gives (50%) Haste, Lithe (50%) Haste, Background Player (50%) Haste. but the Killer only Gets Unbound (7%) Haste, Play With Your Food (15%) Haste with all 3 stacks, Brutal Brutality only fives (5%) Haste, Batteries included only (5%) Haste, Agitation (18%) Haste, NOED only gives (4%). Game Afoot only gives (7%) Haste. Yeah that's totally fine that the Killer Can't catch up to a Survivor what's so ever. These Haste % Difference is why Haste perks on Killer are barely used.

Batteries Included should 100% get the 7% back, that perk was and always will be useless because it encourages the Killer to chase Survivors in an area where they're not supposed to if they want to win the game.
Unbound nerf is disappointing and it's definitely not great again, but I can't say it's unjustified with how obnoxious it was on Killers like Kaneki and Wesker with Bamboozle. Shack was pretty much always a free down if you had this equipped on them. Though I do think Unbound does deserve some kind of buff, I think the idea mentioned in the thread to make it not time restricted and just activation restricted like Superior Anatomy is a good idea, but I'd also like to see it get a duration increase to help it kind of settle into the niche of a perk that helps M1 Killers catch up against Survivors that hold W or Survivors that are trying to abuse a window on main building. 10 seconds is far too short, so ideally I'd like to see it increased to 20. 15 would be a decent middle ground, but if we want it to be a perk most Killers actually keep in mind and consider when making a build, it should go up to 20.
The Machine Learning shift is fine imo and I prefer the longer duration over 2% more haste honestly.
