Survivor and Springtrap get perma stuck in you get grabbed as the survivor goes through a door.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Survivor and Springtrap get perma stuck if he grabs you as you enter a security door (I was the survivor.)
PLATFORM: PC - Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I revealed Springtrap on the camera and then decided to go inside the security room a few moments later and I was grabbed instantly. We were then perma stuck and the killer dc'd.
VIDEO: I don't have a video but I do have a picture of the grab and as you can see we are not even in the security room.
