Delayed Skillchecks

So whenever I get a skillcheck and press space, it's either delayed by 3 seconds or it has no delay at all. It's very annoying to have because it constantly makes me miss skillchecks even though I hit space at the right time. It's not v-sync, it's not fps drops, idk what it is.
