Game Afoot doesn't work when breaking pallets with killer powers while in chase with the obsession

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Skull Merchant's perk, Game Afoot, has been bugged since April of 2024. As of a patch at some point during that month, destroying pallets using a killer power has not granted the haste buff. However, it still works as intended with breakable walls. There is no issue with the obsession swapping part of the perk.

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Run the Perk Game Afoot.
  2. Enter a chase with the obsession.
  3. Using a killer that can use their power to break a pallet, break a pallet.
