Survivor wiggle sounds/animations do not play when Naughty Bear skin is equipped on Trapper

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Equipping the Naughty Bear skin on Trapper causes survivor wiggle noises and animations to be bugged. From the killer POV, the survivor wiggling sounds will not play, making it seem as if they're not wiggling when they are. The survivor will also not appear to be struggling in animation. From the survivor POV, the wiggling sounds will also not play and there is no wiggling animation even when actively wiggling/hitting the wiggle skill checks.
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED:
- Select Trapper as killer. Equip the Naughty Bear skin.
- Enter a match and down a survivor.
- Pick up the survivor and carry them.
