Quality of life changes.
-An update to the tutorial.
In anticipation of the biggest influx of new players, it was irresponsible not to prove it. It's been unsatisfactory for years. Perhaps a beginner, and intermediate, and an advanced tutorial might help to make the learning curve easier.
-The game should start when the fifth player joins the game lobby.
It won't hurt anyone. SWFs will still organise themselves in their home lobby. And solos are doing their own thing anyway. So everyone wins because that one person that won't ready up can't hold waste everyone's time.
-A new game selection, standard in every way, except that it excludes the new killer.
I'm sick to death of Springtrap already. It only needs to be active for a couple of weeks after a new killer drops.
-The anti AFK/hiding systemneeds tweaking.
It seemingly does nothing. A game of DBD should be slightly killer sided. That is, all survivors should have to play well if they want to escape. And they all need to participate. A close game is the most fun, after all. But when a teammate hides, or just runs around, that slim chance disappears. And even though a close game is best, we at least want that slim chance. Over the last two days, I have seen more giding than ever before, and fewer crows than ever. The crows no longer appear at all on downed people. And to anyone saying they got a crow after ten seconds, I say you are an outright liar!
-Do not EVER add teammate perks to the game lobby screen.
It will be the beginning of the end of the game. Lobby dodging will make games take far longer than they already do to start. Everyone will say they won't dodge, but as soon as a No mither pops up, or a Self care, and that lobby will NEVER start a game. And lobby dodging cannot ever be punishable. Because there is no way to know if a RL matter has popped up and they are doing the responsible thing and leaving. And if people switch perks last second, it'll just result in people shutting the game game during loading.
-Vigil and Windows of opportunity.
Ok, I know this won't make me any friends. Vigil should be only exhaustion, and only for the player with the perk. It'd still be a very powerful perk. It is absurdly broken now. And Windows should be, let's say, 'After a fast vault in chase, it goes into a thirty second cooldown.' And yes, I'm a survivor main.
-Springtrap.
When he emerges from from a door, a slightly louder sound would be nice.
