Invisible Survivor in Tutorails

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: survivors are invisible in both Survivor & Killer tutorials which makes the Killer impossible to complete
PLATFORM: PS4
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: downloaded and opened the game today, started tethe tutorials, was able to get through the Survivor one easily, but when it came to the killeKiller I noticed there was an actual issue of not being able to see the survivors/victims.
