Freezing in lobby on console

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When switching to a character or exiting out your role to the main menu, the game will freeze for a couple seconds and then do the action you wanted.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was in the lobby as Springtrap and went to switch to Hillbilly and when I selected hillbilly my game froze for 2 seconds and then loaded up hillbilly. I then went to exit to the main menu to play survivor instead and the game froze for a second after zooming back out to the main menu.
