whats the speed cap on regression?

Lately i started using cob+overcharge, but i've read on reddit that it caps out at 155%

    There isn't a hard "cap", but 155% regression speed was what Overcharge + pre-buff Call of Brine was worth once Overcharge reached its maximum speed. With the Call of Brine buff you can now get up to 180% with that combo, but it would only be that high for a maximum of 40 seconds since Overcharge takes 30 seconds to reach its maximum speed and Call of Brine stops after a total of 70 seconds. After that it will revert to just the Overcharge speed of 130%.
