Map offerings consume bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using map offerings after the update they will still get consumed even if you don't go to the map you chose.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Go into a public match with a map offering on either killer or survivor and have your chosen map not get picked. The offering will still get consumed (sometimes?)

    You're using the offering to increase the chance, it's meant to be consumed. Just like luck offerings or hatch offerings.

    All offerings are consumed when using them.
