SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Vault on one of the Azarov busses is broken. I don't remember which map, sorry.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I tried to vault but couldn't. You can medium vault, but cannot vast fault.
