It was the most broken perks in game. They kinda overnerfed it though, by making it max 2 uses. But it was frustrating to hit survivors 3 times in almost every chase to down them and was the biggest problem while lower tier killers struggle so much. Fun is that Dramaturgy is similiar to old dead hard with only limitation of being healthy. :D
