Feels like someone is playing in my acc but there isnt?
Trying to keep this short i play on steam and have progression with xbox, bought 4+ killer dlcs recently, today i was going to my first match as vecna and as dracula BUT there was addons and a perk equipped on his only open slot of perk.
Is the game autofilling addons and perks? shouldnt it be blank?
Ive seen the login in my steam acc and there is no strange logins, so im having a dangerous case of alzheimer or the game is autofilling blank spaces in builds, also i've noticed that sometimes the game just wont save the loadout anymore when you reboot it the old loadout saved replaces the new one you made.

Yes, one of the more recent features introduced is that newly unlocked characters come pre-equipped with one perk and a handful of add-ons. This is to make it clear to especially new players what perks are, where to find them, and that they can bring additional items into the match.
This is also the reason why you will see a widget on the right-hand side of your screen, which shows the currently equipped perks on your character.
The devs did a lot of testing and concluded that new players often don't use any perks or add-ons and that it can be unclear what to do. Hence why they've made this QoL change.2 -
Do not worry - this is a feature that was added previously! (not the part about not saving the loadout but the perk / addon being equipped). If it's the first times you're playing that character, the system automaticlally equips things for you.

This is intentional:
Pre-equipped Loadouts
- Characters now have a pre equipped perk when first unlocked.
- Characters now have a set of pre equipped items and add-ons to ease learning about their gameplay.

OH! Have you locked your game files in “read only” mode at any point?? I did that and kept trying to turn the heart beat visualizer on EVERY time I booted up the game. It was annoying me. I forgot I did that so the 120 FPS trick wouldn’t change settings in my file, which stopped the game from officially saving my changes after logging off.
