Meet Your Maker Cosmetics not transferring between platforms for Dead by Daylight

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I own "Meet Your Maker" on xbox and everytime I login to steam my cosmetics vanish from the collection for Dead by daylight, I saw discussions of this but got no clear solution.
PLATFORM: Xbox and Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When I login to xbox Dead by daylight I'm regiven the cosmetics everytime, but on Steam Dead by daylight they disappear.
