Clarification of an ambiguous answer.

I've been wondering this for a little while and there was a previous Dev stream about MMR in the past and while generally the community tends to answer these things rater well I was curious what the answer meant when it was implied it's context based;

  1. Getting 1 kill in a match might result in a slight increase in MMR
  2. Getting 2 kills in a match might result in a slight decrease in MMR
