SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Loaded into a custom game against bots for some much need Huntress practice, noticed I was missing the iconic lullaby. Issue persisted through multiple games (customs, not public).
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Loaded into RPD East Custom Match against bots as Huntress, noticed missing lullaby.
I was messing with OBS settings while also using Steam Overlay to watch a Youtube video, unsure if those had anything to do with it.
