Unable to snuff boon totem on Yamaoka Estate

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When I tried to snuff a boon totem as Dracula on the map Yamaoka Estate (the one with the heads that only turn when not looking), it wouldnt let me. There was a bar and the hud went blank, but there were no animation or anything. It was by the gen of sector 1
