P100 bloodweb only spawns two anniversary items/offerings

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Last year I grinded for about 7 hours on the first day of the anniversary and had over 400 anniversary cakes. This year i played 9 hours for a grand total of 98 anniversary cakes. Both times I leveled my p100 Nea.
Please fix this bug. For me and a lot of other players who like to grind anniversary cakes this is a very frustrating issue.
