Prestige 100 Bloodweb Not Spawning Event Offerings Properly

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Prestige 100, Level 50 Bloodweb consistently spawns just one event flashlight and one Mystery Box in every bloodweb. This means it is not possible to obtain Masquerade Med-Kits, Masquerade Toolboxes, and most importantly for many people, Coconut Scream Pie. This is quite upsetting as it makes it not viable for some people to invest bloodpoints in and play as their favourite survivors.
