Scourge Hook: Floods of rage (7s→9s aura reveal) BUFF

Scourge Hook: Monstrous Shrine (20→40 % faster progress, survivor is still notified, killer now has icon next to the perk too, if the effect is applied - similiar to haste gained from devour hope) BUFF

Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance (Change the effect from hooking to unhooking, increase it's regression back to 25 %, this solely will solve a lot of problems in solo Q as well as late game and some unhealthy combos like (Pain res+Grim+DMS) QOL

Scourge Hook: Hangman's Trick (While carrying survivor see aura of any survivor within 20m around scourge hooks, any scourge hook that is sabotaged takes twice as long to be sabotated and respawn twice as fast) BUFF

Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain (Increase penalty from 16 to 18 %)
