Locked out of BHVR account

In early March, my outlook account was hacked and practically erased. All of my details and progression was transferred over to a new email and all is good there, but my BHVR account was created using that email. I do not have a single way to access the old email (trust me I've tried every possible way) and 2-Factor Authentication is enabled on my BHVR account meaning I cannot login in any way seeing as I cannot receive the code. I am posting this hoping that a staff member can help me out in any way or if a member of the community has dealt with this before and has any suggestions. I have all of the login information for the linked accounts and the account itself, along with my Cloud ID in game, so proving it is mine is no issue, just that when I contacted support they were unable to help me in any way.
