Learn To Play - Unlock all killers and perks for trialing/testing
As the 'Learn To Play' feature in the game is a solo experience and is there, as the name suggests, to allow people to learn, this feature should be expanded to allow people to use all killers without the requirement to unlocking them, to allow a try before you buy type scenario.
It would give people an opportunity to try different builds if all perks were also unlocked, and possibly having an infinite supply of all loadout items. All strictly for the 'Learn To Play'.

I'm pretty sure you can do this in custom games, or am I wrong? for perks at least

Yeah, custom games unlocks all perks and add ons, but would be nice if we could use all killers.
The reason I would suggest it be at least put into Learn To Play is because there's paid/licenced content, so it would be a nice compromise where people can't benefit from it, in competitive games, but still get to try characters so they get a chance to choose who to buy, should they only have the option to buy maybe 1 DLC at the time. Watching videos and getting other people's opinions is all well and good, but different people play different so hopefully it's something they consider.

It'd make sense. Kind of like testing out classes in an MMO.
