Ayano Aishi as a new killer (idea)
Hello Dead by Daylight Community!
I recently dove back into DBD, and I have to say—I’m absolutely loving the new FNAF event. It’s sparked a wave of inspiration in my ever-racing ADHD brain, and I wanted to share an idea I’ve been putting a lot of thought and heart into.
As the title suggests, I truly believe Ayano Aishi (aka Yandere-chan) from Yandere Simulator could make for a unique and unforgettable killer in the Fog. While DBD has brought us an incredible range of killers from slashers to stalkers, I’ve yet to see a true yandere archetype—someone driven by obsessive, twisted love. I think Ayano could fill that role in a way that’s chilling, tragic, and terrifying.
Lore Concept
In her original game, Ayano is a cold-blooded killer willing to do anything for love. But imagine this: her true love has chosen someone else. Her heart shattered, she spirals into madness—convinced that if she can’t have him, no one can. She now roams the realms of the Entity, hunting down those who remind her of the one who “stole” her beloved, always hoping to find and punish the one who took him away.
Power: “Obsession of the Heart”
Ability One – Knife Attack:
Ayano's primary weapon is a sleek, ceremonial blade, sharpened to a razor's edge. As she roams the map, she silently stalks those she believes stole her love, striking quickly and mercilessly.
Ability Two – “Snap” (Ultimate Rage State):
Directly inspired by Yandere Simulator, this ability triggers when there are only 2 generators remaining or 1 survivor left. When activated, Ayano enters a glitched, distorted state. Her form flickers with eerie red and purple static, the map is bathed in blood-red light, and all survivors appear as shadowy figures.
Teleportation Pulse: Every 10 seconds, she “glitches” to the nearest survivor.
Increased Attack Speed: Her knife attacks become faster, representing her complete mental breakdown.
Duration: Until the match ends.
Final Kill Animation (Mori):
When only one survivor remains who has been hooked twice, Ayano gently lifts them and whispers, “If I can’t have you… no one can,” as haunting voices echo, “Do it.” She then stabs them in the chest with a chilling calm, letting their body fall lifeless to the ground.
Perks / Loadout Ideas
1. Love Drives Me Crazy
Activating this perk causes Ayano to burst into unsettling laughter, unnerving survivors and revealing their auras for 10 seconds. (Cooldown: 30 seconds)
2. Emotionless Killer
When hitting a survivor, this perk has a chance to allow an immediate second strike with no cooldown. However, if it fails, Ayano is stunned for 5 seconds, reflecting her emotional volatility. (Can only be used once throughout the game)
3. The Offering
Ayano draws a summoning circle on the ground. Shadowy hands rise from it, slowing any survivor who passes through. (Circle lasts 15 seconds; cooldown: 60 seconds)

Map Suggestion: Akademi High School
A perfect setting to match Ayano’s origins. Picture dark halls, lockers, eerie classrooms, and that haunting rooftop. It's a place filled with memories... and regret.
Final Thoughts
I know this is just a fan concept, but I poured a lot of passion and love into this idea. I don't know if it'll ever reach the DBD devs, but hey—it’s worth a shot, right? 😊

I NEED THIS!!! as someone who grew up on yansim, i would cry if this was brought to DBD, i almost cried when the fnaf chapter was announced
edit: her killer name should be “The Yandere” or “The Lovesick”
