Achievement Operation: Survival bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I received the achievement after a match where I wasn't playing on the correct map of Treatment Theater.
PLATFORM: pc Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED: I was playing on the Stranger Things map against a Chucky. I completed the Gen in the portal room and the single Gen at the top of the map. After escaping, I was given the achievement.
