Hackers are even more annoying with the new quitting penalty

I just encounter another hacker (like the 5th in the week because of how well the anti cheat works).

I got stuck holding a survivor, can't hook her, she can't die, and can't put her down. I waited the time after the doors got open (btw the 2others survs seems to be mate with the hacker by not wanting to open the door and t-bagging me) BUT because of the fact i was holding a survivor, he didnt get killed and i was FORCED to quit.
And got ban from the game for 15 minutes (i had already quit like 2 days ago for other reason but i still do my best to very rarely quit my games).
PLEASE do something with the endgame time that just STOP the game. Don't wait the survivor to die just STOP the game after like 1 minute.
and PLEASE do a better anti-cheat system? How can a survivor go at 20893km/h and pass throught the ground and not get instantly ban? It's not that hard to detect a cheater when this is their cheat methode.

I get that it's maybe for not punishing survivor that just find some glitchs but let's do it that way : If the game detect a survs going WAY to fast or being throught walls and out of the maps, put a ERROR message and stop the game for everyone. 0 penalty for everyone even the cheater, just stop the game and go next. What will the hackers do if everytime they try to hack their game just go "oh ok someone is hacking here, go next gg"
