SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Similarly to issue
Dracula's bat form teleportation sometimes seems to also be delayed. It doesn't always happen but seems to be similar to his problem about delayed transformations.
PLATFORM: PC (steam)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: No specific instructions. Use the teleportation. Sometimes its instant and sometimes its delayed.
