Slowness effect bug?

In the middle of the game, as a knight, I got a 50% slowdown effect for the rest of the game and I can't say if it was a cheat or a bug. It happened right after I used a guard.

forgot to take a picture, it is my first time to report a bug.

But there was the chain Symbole with 50% on the right side of my screen
