Unable to purchase the Rift Pass

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After completing all 100 levels, I decided to purchase the rift, but it's not allowing me to purchase it. It's giving an error — @#RIFT_POPUPGENERICERROR_TITLE/MESSAGE (check screenshots)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Open Dead By Daylight
Go to Rift Pass > Press 'square' on your PS controller to try to purchase the rift with 1000 auric cells > Failed — error
I kindly request the bug addressal team to fix this issue on priority because it took a lot of grinding to reach here and would break my heart to see the rift leave without being able to purchase it and get those cosmetics all because of some generic, boring-ass error. Thank you!
