Hi BHVR,

I have been playing DBD for a few years now, and I somehow can't stop. I have about 4000 hours in the game (not much compared to some) and really love it for both killer and survivor. I would say Adam is my favourite survivor and Legion is my favorite killer.

The only gripe I have about playing is that when I do play, I am on 190-220 ping. Now I'm not sure if you can relate to the ping, but it's really not fun sometimes. Making a vault, you know your safe only to get hit a second later when you have moved away or holding a loop because you know you can drop the pallet the next time, but you get hit just before because of ping. I'm sure if you had to play on this ping all the time and then see others on like 20-30 you would understand how we feel.

As a South African, there are a lot of games we have to play with high ping, and we are able to manage because it seems to be the norm for some gaming companies to straight up forget that there is actually a large player base down here in South Africa. Some have even seen us and added servers e.g, Valorant, Path of Exile.

This post isn't to complain or anything, but please notice us. There is a large player base here, and we want a server here. I'm sure others from EU servers also want us to have our server because if we are on killer, then they are playing against someone with 200 ping and get irritated or write a post about killers from other regions.

Like I mentioned, you have a great game and an amazing community. Please could you consider putting up a server for the South African community. We would appreciate it and love the game even more.
