Vigil is way too good
It got buffed from 20 % to 40 % over last two years, to the point where it's too good for affecting so many status effects.
Examples:
- Haunted ground lasts 60s, survivors with Vigil will suffer exposed only for 36s.
- Exhaustion perks with 40s cooldown recharges at 24s.
- Mangled and hemmorage with vigil are more effective to wait out.
Tuning it down to 25 % would be fine.

You say that but I've been playing nothing but the event mode since it released and I see at least 1 vigil every game if not more
It's getting more popular as time goes on and people realise how much better it is/how much stuff it counters

You just want survivors to get nerfed. Maybe question your lack of skills maybe you wouldn’t have to worry about vigil so much. I mean you could just run fearmonger, generic limits, languid touch, etc

Nah, Springtrap has made it popular with Sprint Burst to get away when he comes through the doors. I see one or two a game these days. I use it, too. It's genuinely good against ST, since you NEED an Exhaustion perk to get away from his insta-teleports.

I play survivors too. The problem with current Vigil is that it break every fundemental killer perk.
You take Starstruck and their exposed expire in 17s instead of 30s, you take add ons that cause hemmorage and mangled for 30s and it expires in 17s, you take blidness perks for some meme build let's say baby teeth on Twins that last 20s and their suufer only 11s. There is nothing with skill issue, just one perk completely ruining duration and balance of all other perks.
I wouldn't mind if they do some less exhaustion to perks basekit, but one perk doing all that is too much. When I play Starstruck I don't want the whole build to be useless because I downed one person without Vigil and than both survivors I found had it, not even speaking that they spread it's effect to other survivors and those effects stack. Meaning you can Dramaturgy on gen to get BNP every 12s.

Yeah, just me, using Dramaturgy twice in chase because of Vigil. Or Hubris just not being a perk against me. Also buffing my entire teams exhaustion perks and speeding up any of their negative effects. Oh, and it stacks, so me and a buddy running it just means status effects don't do anything.
