SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: COMPLETE THE EVOLUTION Achievement has been bugged on Xbox since the singularity came out.

The Achievement has been stuck at 2/3 since the release of the singularity and is still stuck at 2/3.

I am not the only person that this has happened to and apparently is common
