SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Shoulder the Burden does not trigger Borrowed Time or We'll Make It. Strangely, Babysitter works.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Equip Babysitter/Borrowed Time/Shoulder the Burden/We'll Make It. Use Shoulder the Burden to unhook. Babysitter applies, but BT and We'll Make It do not.

https://gofile.io/d/39yvIW Here's a vid displaying, at the very least, BT not triggering. I don't think We'll Make It lit up last time I tried this interaction, but I didn't have time to redo it. Might be able to do it again, tomorrow. Bear in mind that gofile deletes uploads after like, a week.

Reported already with logs. Effects most unhooking perks or perks that activate when you get unhooked.
