bulk bloodweb spending not working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The bulk spend feature hasn't been working all day. I just keep getting an error message when I try to use it.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Go to lobby. Click on the bulk "spend bloodpoints" button. Try to spend multiple levels worth of bloodpoints. Get error message.
