Pallet Drop Not Working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: even after the prompt appearing and pressing the button, it will not drop.
PLATFORM: XBOX
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: In chase, attempt to drop the pallet several times and it does not drop at all.
