what happened to the event lobby?
What happened to the twisted masquerade event lobby? I was excited that we were gonna get the lobby and theme music back 1 last time this year for the final masquerade but it seems the devs just decided not to put it in the game this time around. not even the recent 9.0.2 bugfix patch fixed the lobby.

guess they were contractually obliged to keep the FNAF lobby at all costs
it would've otherwise disappeared after just a week and stay gone until the end of the event that superseded it.
It's a real shame though, this is not how you properly say goodbye to an anniversary theme that has been going on for 4 years.10 -
Pretty sure its bugged considering when the Matthew Lillard skin was showcased it had the Masquerade lobby

It's not a bug, the decision was made to stay with the FNAF lobby.

This game isn’t FNaF, it’s DBD. FNaF fans might be confused on this point.

thats a shame. the lobby looked cool and i imagine it took some devs a little bit of time to make the lobby. seems like wasted dev time imo but if the decision was to keep the FNAF lobby then im not super mad at that either.

I couldn't give a hoot about FNAF but I admit that it's probably a wise business decision. That said, it's still a poor send off for Twisted Masquerade.
The FNAF lobby/menu theme is also kinda doing my head in (though I'm sure some people must be enjoying it). At least the Twisted Masquerade theme is musical.

yea i was a huge fan of the FNAF lobby music on release but after having it for over 2 weeks i can say its kind of gotten a bit repetitive for my liking. that’s why i wished the twisted masquerade lobby was here so it would make me miss the FNAF lobby and be happy for when it would return after the event like how it was for Kaneki’s lobby coming back after Blood Moon.

Then why was FNAF and new features with the anniversary lobby theme during the streams? I'm sorry but I'm NOT a fan of FNAF, have not and will not be purchasing the DLC. Every P100 I have I take a screenshot, and this is the first time I will be p100 someone during the anniversary event, especially since this is the last masquerade theme. I really wanted my screenshot to hold onto this lobby theme forever. Now I don't get to. guess I'll hold off on hitting 100 til after anniversary because I refuse to have my p100 memory have FNAF as the lobby background.
Less items, no lobby, servers crashing, this anniversary sadly has been the worse one in recent memory. But don't worry yall, make sure you guys buy all the FNAF cosmetics and all the new cosmetics coming to the store soon!

Let's not forget about their reluctance to do anything about those ridiculous killer event abilities. Apparently, survivors are meant to enjoy matches where pallets are basically cosmetics.

pay the event tax of running chem trap or power struggle and you too can enjoy event pallets

as much as I adore fnaf chapter and happy for its addition, it definitely should not be more important than the event and its celebration
