Severe Rubberbanding as Killer on PS5

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Playing as Killer is causing severe rubberbanding on PlayStation 5.
This happened last night in a public Twisted Masquerade match, and again after today's patch in a Custom Match.
I tried using both Freddy and Ghostface, and it happens to both. I have provided a short clip from my Custom Match.
PLATFORM: PlayStation 5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Load into any match as Killer.
