SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
PLATFORM: pc
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: "I hung a survivor from the Plague’s hook and one perk didn’t trigger at all. And the other perk, when I hung four different survivors, only worked for 4 seconds."
