Post Match Screen Missing Most UI Elements

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
- The post match screen occasionally experiences an issue where UI elements that would allow for a player to leave are missing. Esc key doesn't bring up leave/cancel option either. Doesn't happen super frequently but has occurred twice in the past few days.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Playing as a survivor, once sacrificed the game navigates to the post-game screen shown below. It may happen on mori or escape, however I can only recall it happening for certain in a match where I was sacrificed.
