Persistant micro stuttering/lags

Hey everybody,

I am sure this isn't a new question but I tried a lot of things and nothing seems to really help. The lag I am having doesn't make the game unplayable or anything like that.. but it definitely is very noticable and makes me not want to play as much. I play on steam btw.

I tried playing on Medium, High, Ultra and there is no difference, I have a 3060 and when Nvidia optimizes my game, it even sets the game to Ultra, I really don't think its a hardware issue. Here are a few things ive already tried after seeing that some people said it would help.

Uninstalling and reinstalling my graphic drivers.

Uinstalling and reinstalling the game.

Changing a very specific setting for the .exe in the windows firewall.

Setting my mouse pooling rate from 1000 to 500.

Forcing the game to run with Dx11.

Disabling Anti-Analysing.

Disabling Vsync.

Those are the things ive tried so far, none of the really did anything to fix the Issue. Any other suggestions?
