Got bodyblocked for 4+ minutes
Was playing hawkins against a nurse and after dropping on a barrel she tped in front of the exit and bodyblocked me, everyone did gens and tried to help me, first a yui dropped with me and healed, but then the nurse opened space for her to get out and locked me again.
On the time i got blocked i offered the down + hook but she refused and kept me locked in there, so i waited for her to afk and dropped the item to lose colision and escape.
Can we code an antibodyblock measure to make survivors lose collision after touching the killer body for 20+ seconds? There is no instance in the game the killer should hold you for that long too.
1- My team could have escaped and left me to die to the timer but is that fair?
2- she could have tp inside the tunnel and hooked me
3- i could have offered her the hook (and i did but she didnt accept it)
I dont see other alternatives on the situation, i felt dirty with the item collision thingy because it is an "exploit" but if i didnt do it i would have been stuck there until the server dropped.

AFK Crow System Update
Survivors are considered AFK when not interacting within the last 10 seconds.
While AFK, Survivors accrue AFK points, during which crows gradually begin spawning above the Survivor, beginning with 1 and capping at 3.
AFK points increase more slowly while moving or while in proximity to the Killer.
After 90 seconds, the Survivor reaches 3 crows and Loud Noises trigger at regular intervals.
Additionally, the Survivor loses collision with other players for 10 seconds.
Completing interactions removes AFK points.
Crows are removed as AFK points decrease.
This system is disabled when the Hatch spawns or when End Game Collapse is triggered by any means.
Additionally, the Survivor loses collision with other players for 10 seconds.

so basically you lose collision if you get 3 crows but we increased the crow timer by DOUBLE recently, and being near the killer, like in a bodyblocking situation makes the crows take LONGER to come?
How do we expect players to figure it out on trials without reading the patchnotes? its better to naturally remove collision if you are touching the killer for too long (like my last comment) waiting for crows is unreliable at best and until you get them most people will just DC

When you get 3 crows then you lost colision like for 10 seconds idk what you were doing to be there for 4 minutes.

They made it so it takes 2 minutes to get 3 crows by default
Being near the killer reduces the speed at which you gain crows, I assume by half, so it therefore takes 4 minutes to get 3 crows and lose pathing

Then its bhvr moment isnt it. People were mad about getting crows so devs tunned them down.

Yeah they doubled it. They did the classic BHVR thing and overfixed an issue.
Even so, the timer is still under the 4 minute mark. You could of got out.
Either way, body blocking in this manner is banable and I hope you reported them.

AFK Crows
Increased the intervals at which AFK Crows are gained to 120/140/180 seconds (was 60/75/90 seconds).
Increased the Grace Period before AFK points start accruing to 30 seconds (was 10 seconds).
Decreased the rate at which AFK points accrue while moving to 25% (was 50%).
Decreased the rate at which AFK points accrue after Exit Gates are powered to 25% (NEW).
Reset AFK points upon completing interactions (previously removed 60 AFK points).
Didn't see anything about being near the killer.

You bring up a good point about surfacing information like this to players in-game. It's absolutely feedback I can make sure is shared with the team.
While it's certainly not ideal to be body blocked for this much time, this is one of the circumstances the AFK Crows system exists to help address, and we'll be sure to let the team know if the timing for this to occur starts feeling like its on the long side.

Yep did an ingame report with written explanation, i hope they increase the typing limit though, it would be good to be able to review the reports after a measure is taken, they just give some vague feedback. But im working on a revamp to the report system and will post the draft on the forum when its finished.

My friend has currently been bodyblocked for over 15 minutes because they didnt know about the 10 second rule to free themselves. The Nurse wont hit them. The survivor cant leave. Peak gameplay.
