8 days of not being able to load up dbd

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Haven’t been able to load up dbd since the anniversary update. I can load up every other game but not dbd. Multiple people are reporting this but our posts get declined. We talked to xbox and they said it’s a dbd issue. When can we expect a fix? It’s been 8 days.
PLATFORM: Xbox series X
