Dracula's "Quick as the Night" score event activates inconsistently

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Dracula has a score event called "Quick as the Night" that activates after damaging a survivor within 6 seconds after Shapeshifting. However, this does not activate consistently.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: N/A. You can notice this yourself by repeatedly trying to activate the Score Event
