Bloodweb Error

Every 3-4 times i attempt to level up my blood web (on any character, survivor or killer) i get the message “Bloodweb Error. An error has occurred while updating your bloodweb.” Of course, this would happen every once in a while for a variety of reasons but every few times seems pretty abnormal to me. Everytime, my game crashes and I am forced to restart the game. My connection / network is fine, all of my other games are running perfectly.

• Bloodweb was leveled up for a 3rd or 4th time
• Message (in first paragraph) was received
• My game crashed and was forced to restart
I am unable to link an image for some reason but i have 4 different photos of the message from 4 different times within around 15 minutes.
