Won't create Survivor Party

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I can load into a killer match with no issue, but it is failing to create a survivor party and allow me to enter the lobby.

PLATFORM:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I will click on play survivor, the game will have the loading wheel, then PARTY CREATION FAILED will pop up.
