Had a newish Mikaela base outfit and she still had teir 2 perks in her build, not doing anything but lock up all the lockers to farm points off a Dredge match at 1 gen left. She never got any crows. You need to stop doing things from one extreme to another. Small steps should be used. I rather see 3 or 4 small buffs then a buff that then needs a nerf to try and get that sweet spot.
