Pallet by Shack on Ormond Lake Mine trapped me when vaulting

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After vaulting the pallet that spawns on top of the "tunnel" to the west of Shack on Ormond Lake Mine, the vault animation played wong and I was stuck inside the pallet by the end of it, and was only able to get out after the Killer broke the pallet
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Load onto Ormond Lake Mine on Survivor, and head down to the south east corner of the map where shack is
Head west to the tile with the elevated pallet over the tunnel and throw the pallet over, then fast vault the pallet from the south side
I don't know if this bug is consistent, or only occurred because of the event mode or something?
