Changes I would like for Springtrap
honestly I don’t really have that many suggestions. He’s basically almost a perfect killer, but I do wanna have at least a few like there’s the obvious some minor things in his base-kit but there are some things I think would be pretty helpful.
1. Add an indicator that shows the direction you’re being revealed that from the security cams, kinda like what Ghostface has when he’s being revealed.
2. Rework office phone the scenarios of where that add-on would be good. Just don’t exist because the smartest move is just to remove the axe either that or have the effect linger after the axe is removed
3. Lower the volume of Springtrap’s footsteps because that ######### is loud AF
4. Change the effect of Bonnie’s guitar strings because no matter how much you nerf this add-on it’s still going to be one of his most used because the information it provides as a blue rarity add-on is just kind of insane
5. I’m just gonna suggest something that you guys probably should’ve done when you nerfed the streamers and that is to increase the travel speed of security doors by 5%
6. Slightly increase how long the axe stays embedded for, and Nerf greasy paper plate accordingly
7. Again I’m suggesting something that probably should’ve been done when security badge got nerfed, increase the undetectable effect from exiting a security door by 15%. I’m not suggesting the full 50% because that would just be ludicrous
8. Fix security door spawn logic. This one honestly doesn’t really go for Springtrap specifically it goes for literally every killer that has had their special items moved closer to Gens because this kind of sucks for both sides because on one hand, killers basically that have stuff that helped them traverse like Springtrap, Xenomorph, and Sadako spawn right on top of the survivor. And on the other hand killers like Singularity, Nemesis, and Wesker have their counter play spawn right next to the objective where survivors are going to be.
9. There’s never really a scenario where survivors are going to help remove the axe if it is embedded in someone since you’re mainly going to be in Chase if the axe does hit you, so I’d say it’s probably just best to remove that mechanic entirely
10. OK I feel like this one probably isn’t going to happen, but you know how a nemesis has a hinders survivor for a bit after he infects a survivor? do that, but for when the axe gets embedded in a survivor’s back but not nearly as extreme and not nearly as long. Nemesis had a reason for and that was because he took three hits to someone springtrap doesn’t so let’s say this for example. Once the axe is embedded the embedded survivor becomes hindered by 8% for 3 seconds.
