bug where im stuck on the killers shoulder but floating and cant wiggle out

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: so me and my friend were playing till i got knocked and the i got picked up by the killer then when he did he moved and then i Disappeared off his shoulders floating in midair i was stuck in on survivor on killers arms animation i tried to wiggle out but when the bar got full didnt work killer couldnt drop me hook me and when everyone finished the gens after the time ran out i didnt die so i got softlocked till i left which i shoudnt have got a matchmake ban for that

PLATFORM: PlayStation 5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: killer knocked me picked me up i came off his shoulders camrea was stuck on killers shoulders i was floating midair in the shoulder animation everyone did all gens time ran out i did not die so i had to leave
