Pop Could Use A Tweak
A while back pop used to be 25% flat regression when kicking a gen within 60s after hooking a survivor.
Then it was 25% flat regression within 45 seconds after hooking a survivor
Then they nerfed it to 25% of Current Progression it would regress by within 45s of hooking a survivor
Then they buffed it to 30% of current progression within 45 seconds of hooking a survivor
Then they nerfed it to 20% of current progression within 45 s of hooking a survivor (This is what it is right now)
Pop is in it's weakest state it's ever been because 20% of CURRENT progress means kicking a 50% gen would only regress the gen by 10% which is 15% less than what it used to be at 25% flat regression.
I think a simple change to pop is not the number it's at now, but to change how it works back to flat regression. 20% of flat regression would be better because at 99% gen with the current progress it still only regresses by 19.8% meaning if you even want to get close to 20% regression you have to catch a gen that's exactly at 99% and at that point the survivors might just finish it in your face.
With it being 20% of flat regression and 45s activation window, it would be exactly on par with it's second iteration due to base-kit 5% added a while back. I think this perk would make it a lot more viable than it is now.
I've tried running builds center around Pop using newly buffed Call Of Brine, Overcharge, Or Eruption even, and Pop just never seems to get the job done by itself. It always always does way better when you have a perk like Pain Resonance to help it out.
The goal of this change is to make Pop less of a support perk in it's strength and slightly change how it works to be a better stand alone perk again without needing to add all these other perks to make it viable.

I mean that combined with the default 5% regression would just match the pre-6.1.0 Pop which was way too good and that was in a time where gens took longer to kick and gen tapping was still a thing so it'd be even stronger now.
Pop is still a powerful perk as it is, it doesn't need buffs at all.

I would rather make the window of activation bigger, so more killers can use it.

Pop doesn't need help, and we for real don't need MORE gen regression stacking rn, it's horrid as it is.
The amount of times I've faced gen regression stacking blight is suffering as it is.-1 -
I wish they would revert the activation window on the most broken killer perk - Dead Man's Switch and just give buffs to other regression perks. I personally don't like the gen builds but to who does, why not.
Dead Man's Switch - activate for 50s after hooking survivor, no more pocket perk to activate on demand, making 3 genning still viable and disable main objective for minutes throughout the game.
Pop - while it was too strong in it's initial form (4 pop used = one extra generator to be completed, 8 pops = 2 extra generators been completed) made it so killers that can down quickly back in it's fame form (Spirit, Nurse, Blight…) be unbeatable. Paired that with pain resonance and corrupt, you simply couldnt lose as killer. While I still feel that the overcharge, eruption, call of brine era was the most killer sided meta of all time, the current one (Pain resonance, dead mans switch, grim embrace and perk of choice is also pretty much guaranteed win for any killer that can quickly down) just delets any early game progress and the repair truly starts once the killer already has about 5-6 hooks. And the comeback from that is very hard, especially if it's already 3v1.
Ruin - can be reverted back to 200 % and I wouldn't mind, it's a tool to negate the 8 gen kick and is bounded to totem, so… you can get rid of it.
Call of Brine - again, might be 200 % and be just fine.
